You won't get this on Fox...mate!

Yes, I've made it. Taxi talk was all football. It's Australia to win the group for sure, but this is the best Thai team ever according to my taxi friend.

And this is what you'll miss back home.

I have tickets for the opening ceremony and Thailand Iraq game, followed by the three Aussie games.

So far air con airport, aircon taxi, and aircon hotel...temperature's no problems, but it is 1am

Anyway can't wait to hear Tata Young sing for me on Saturday.

Top five games..as I head to Bangkok:)

Top five games..as I head to Bangkok:)

I head to Bangkok today.

As a mad football fan, my mind drifted to other games I'd been to of significance.

I grew up in the UK and am a mad Celtic fan.

My top five games I've attended are:

1. Australia v Uruguay Nov 16,2005

2. UEFA Cup final. Celtic 2 Porto 3...Seville, Spain. Yep, flew from Australia for that one. Well it was our first european final in 33 years.

3. Sydney FC v Central Coast Mariners. The very first Sydney A-League game. I was there, in the stadium, two hours before kick-off. I was keen!

4. Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United. 6-0 Grand Final. Archie scores 5 and the Dome rocks for Australian football

5. Ajax v Celtic 2-1 to Celtic in Amsterdam. Charlie Nicholas, George McCluskey ensured the win over Ajax.

and of course Celtic v Real Madrid, Juventus, Rapid Vienna and Notts Forest and every time, I mean every time, we've beaten Rangers when I've been there:)

So here's hoping to add a few more to the list this week.

What are your top five games you've ever attended?

This is the Asia Cup

So this is what all the fuss is about.

Better than the FA Cup, World Cup or the A-League trophy?

What do you think? For me, it's behind the World Cup but better than the rest.
